has been proved and as regards Robert Smith, the Court find that he was present and aided and abetted the other during the times of the assault. The Court doth therefore adjudge James Brown and John Cottle to be imprisoned for six calendar months with hard labour in Victoria Gaol, Hongkong, and Robert Smith to be imprisoned for three calendar months with hard labour in Victoria Gaol, ordering the said sentence to commence from the date hereof.
The Court further direct the infringing balance of money due to the accused to be forfeited to the Crown to go towards payment of their expenses and the costs of this Court.
And the said James Brown, Robert Smith, and John Cottle are hereby sentenced accordingly.
